Travel Info

Service dogs ride free.

Trained service dogs are welcome in the cabin on every departure, at no charge, under the ADA. Pets and emotional-support animals cannot ride — here is exactly where the line sits.

Service animals: welcome

A trained service dog travels in the cabin with its handler on any trip.

  • Rides free in the cabin, right beside you — no carrier needed.
  • No papers, no ID cards, no vest. Federal law forbids requiring documentation, and we follow it.
  • Never costs extra. Want more room? You may buy the adjacent seat — but we will never require it.

Pets & ESAs: cannot ride

We know it’s a hard rule to hear, so we say it plainly rather than at the curb.

  • Pets are not permitted on board, in the cabin or the luggage hold.
  • Emotional-support animals are not permitted, even with documentation.
  • An ESA letter does not change this — it is not a service-animal credential.

We may only ask two questions.

And nothing more

Federal law limits what any carrier may ask about a service animal. Our crews are trained to ask at most these two questions — and never to ask for documentation:

Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?

What task is it trained to perform?

Allergic to dogs?

Both an allergic passenger and a service-animal handler have the right to travel. Tell the crew and we seat you as far apart as possible.

Never an extra charge

A service animal never costs extra — no fee, no deposit, no required second seat. If you’d simply like more room, you may buy the seat beside you, entirely at your option.
