Each departure lists every stop it can serve. A stop is served when someone has booked it, so a published time is where we can pick you up — not a promise the coach calls there on every run.

Waiting at a stop without a booking does not put you on the coach — the driver has no way of knowing you are there. Book the exact stop you intend to board at.

If your plans change, contact us before you travel and we will move your booking. Turning up at a different stop means the coach may not stop for you, and a booking cannot be transferred at the curb.
