When you make a booking or create an account, we collect: your full name, email address, and phone number; payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number); trip details including selected stops, dates, and fare tier; and device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL. We collect only what is necessary to operate and improve our service.

We use your information to: process and confirm your booking; send booking confirmations, tickets, and QR codes by email; provide customer support and respond to inquiries; prevent fraudulent transactions and protect the safety of our passengers and staff; and improve our routes, schedules, and overall service quality. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.

We share your data only as necessary to operate our service:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
• Supabase — for encrypted database storage of booking records and account data
• Email delivery providers — to send your confirmation and ticket emails

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

All data is stored in encrypted form. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Database access is restricted to authorized systems only, with role-based access controls. We review and audit our security practices regularly.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of any inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and associated records by contacting us at info@miamiorlando.com. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days. Note that some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., accounting records).

We use session cookies to maintain your login state during a booking. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No persistent cross-site tracking is performed.
