1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket or using any service operated by Jet Set Express ("JSE", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Booking and Payment
All tickets must be purchased online via miamiorlando.com. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; JSE does not store your full card details. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the named passenger on the specified date, time, and route. Booking confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is correct.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations and modifications are subject to your selected fare tier (Saver, Flex, or Premium). Each tier defines the cancellation window, any applicable refund fee, and the validity period of any travel credit issued. See the Fares page for a full breakdown. No refunds or credits are issued for no-shows or cancellations outside the permitted window.
4. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful of other passengers and JSE staff. The following are strictly prohibited aboard all JSE coaches: alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, weapons or prohibited items under applicable law, and any conduct that endangers the safety of others. JSE reserves the right to refuse service or remove any passenger whose behavior disrupts the safe or comfortable operation of the service, without refund.
5. Delays and Service Changes
JSE operates motorcoach service on public roads and is subject to traffic, weather, and road conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, accidents, acts of nature, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make every effort to notify affected passengers of significant delays or cancellations by email. In the event of a JSE-initiated cancellation, affected passengers will receive a full credit or refund.
6. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you also consent to the data practices described in that policy.
