Travel Info

Travel that works for everyone.

We carry passengers with mobility needs on every route, every day. A quick phone call before you book is all it takes to have everything arranged and waiting.

Wheelchair-lift boarding: plan ahead

Wheelchair-lift boarding is available — call us at least 3–4 days before travel so we can schedule a lift-equipped coach for your departure. The lift procedure removes seats from the coach, which is why we need the advance notice.

What to know before you ride.

Seating near the front

Seating is unassigned, so we can’t guarantee a specific seat — but tell us you need to sit near the front for mobility reasons and we’ll note it for your driver and do everything we can. Boarding at the first stop of a run (Orlando Terminal heading south, the early Miami stops heading north) gives you the best choice of seats.

Wheelchairs & walkers

Folding wheelchairs and walkers travel free in the luggage hold — they never count against your luggage allowance.

Boarding assistance

Federal rules mean our drivers cannot physically lift or carry passengers. For boarding help beyond a steadying arm, plan to travel with a companion who can assist you.

Motorized scooters

Motorized scooters generally cannot be carried on our coaches. Call us before booking so we can talk through the options for your trip.

Allergic to dogs?

If you’re allergic to dogs and seated near a service animal, tell the driver — we seat you as far apart as possible. Both of you have the right to travel.

One call arranges it all

Every accessibility request is arranged by phone, not in the online booking flow. Call 407-649-4994 and we’ll set it up before you book.
